1. Description of service
Revvisor is an AI-powered marketing analytics tool that helps business owners analyze their advertising campaigns and offline business metrics. The service includes weekly check-ins, AI-generated insights, action plans, and marketing initiatives delivered via the platform and email.
2. Account registration
To use Revvisor, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Revvisor.
3. Subscription and payment
Revvisor offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
5. AI-generated content
Revvisor uses AI to generate marketing insights and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated insights are based on the data you provide and are for informational purposes only
- Revvisor does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated recommendations
- You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on Revvisor's insights
- AI recommendations should not replace professional marketing or financial advice
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Revvisor. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Revvisor's analysis quality depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
7. Intellectual property
The Revvisor platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Revvisor and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revvisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Revvisor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific business needs or improve your marketing results.
10. Termination

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Revvisor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
